What makes them go smoothly is confirming three things with the seller before we come: the exact pickup address, a time window they will actually honor, and whether the item is on a ground floor or up stairs. We also ask for a photo with something for scale — a surprising number of "loveseats" turn out to be full three-seat sectionals.

Store and warehouse deliveries

We also collect from furniture stores, warehouses and will-call counters when the store’s own delivery is weeks out or costs more than the piece. Bring us the order number and pickup instructions, and check whether the store requires the purchaser to be present.

What the price depends on

Delivery starts at $149, and the final quote moves with distance, stairs at either end, item weight, parking access, whether it needs two or three people, whether it needs assembly, and whether there are extra stops. We list all of it on your estimate rather than adding it on the day.

   We collect, protect, transport and place. You get a message when we have it.
