Cancellation Policy
Note: PROVISIONAL. This policy requires administrator approval before launch. Until it is approved, the terms stated on an individual written quote are the ones that apply.
Cancelling a booking
Cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled move are fully refundable. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before are 50% refundable. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the move are nonrefundable.
Rescheduling
Tell us as early as you can. Where we can move your booking to another available window we will normally transfer your deposit rather than treat it as a cancellation.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel or cannot perform your move, your deposit is refunded in full. We will tell you as soon as we know and help you find another option where we can.
Weather and conditions
Severe weather or genuinely unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will not put a crew, your belongings or your building at risk to keep an appointment, and we will not charge a cancellation fee where we are the ones postponing.
Discretion
An administrator may waive or adjust charges in individual circumstances. If something has gone wrong, tell us before assuming the policy is the last word.
